I thought I should drop you a line regarding our 16th ‘Dark Ale Days’ beer festival at the White horse Inn, Edwardstone.

Beer Festival at the New Inn.

Friday 26th - Barn dance & Bucking Bronco

Saturday 27th - Roger Digby & Friends in the afternoon and The Flaming LLamas in the evening.

Sunday 28th - Our 1st ever Open mike night.

Guest ales from: Scotland, Yorkshire, Somerset and Essex.

A chance to sample beers you will, guaranteed, have never tasted before! Possible future Champion beers...??...who knows. It's how Wibblers started out!!

At least 10 different beers available.

Brewing demonstrations & tutored tasting sessions throughout the day.

Tickets £10 which includes: 3 free pints, unlimited buffet, access to tasting sessions & demonstrations.

Tickets available from the Victoria Inn ONLY - either in person or by phone (credit cards accepted). Pay on the day will probably be possible....best to phone us & check first.

A third of your pint now goes to the Government in Duty and VAT – on average that is now £1 of the cost of your pint down the pub. Beer tax goes up automatically by 2% above inflation every year – known as the Beer Duty Escalator – and has raised beer tax by 42% since 2008.

"Come and taste Mighty Oak's range of beers - and stock up for Christmas. Most of the Christmas beers will be available to taste at the open day.  Take beer home with you or pre-order for collection nearer Christmas."
